- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s competitive. We also include termite, mold and same day reports which a lot of companies usually charge more for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Excellent customer service. We make sure our customers questions are answered throughout the whole process. We are fair and equal with all customers. After all, once we do a great job previous customers refer future customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licenses with the state. Certifications approved by ASHI and InterNACHI. We also complete all required continuous education.
