- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each house has their own personalized quote as each families needs are different. But our starting price is $170 for reoccurring. We mainly do walk through to ask about the most important things to you, priority list and the condition of the home. Payment is due upon arrival. For a deep clean we ask a $50 deposit is put down to hold your day- the $50 goes towards your final invoice!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a walk through day where I give the exact quote about, no guessing, no hidden fees.. Just your own personal quote! from there we will set up a reoccurring day and time that will be your forever spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this field since 2018 and have been cleaning with our own business since 2019!
