The first step after initial contact would be seeing the project first hand and listening to the wants and needs of customer. Take measurements. And submit a detailed materials and labor estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years experience working in home improvement retail sales. I left that career to pursue skilled trades, for the last 3 years my day job has been working for a development and restoration company.
