Highly recommended! Dustin was great. He texted me to coordinate timing. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Explained everything he was doing, and even took some extra time to do a more difficult fix to a lock, when most locksmiths would have opted to replace it (more quickly), and charge more.

Dustin let me know that he could come repair my lock. I messaged him back to set up a service time and then receive no response. The next day I called and left a voicemail. I guess I'll need to hire someone else.

I apologize we didn't get the chance to provide service for you.
In the initial quote I gave a very specific time that I was available for this service and you didn't respond till nearly that time and I was no longer available. You can imagine my surprise to return from a short family trip and have 1 voicemail from you and a poor review from someone who has never used my service. Several weeks later you requested service again and I responded again but for a second time you did not respond.
I hope you give me the chance to show you the quality service I have to offer.
