A plumber arrived and showed us what we needed to do. Earlier this year we needed an electrician to repair a light fixture. This week the old hot water heater sprung a leak. I really like the automated reservation system. It provided concise information and got me a plumber right away. Ben arrived in about an hour and a half. He gave us a fair estimate. Alt the installation went smoothly. We had hot water by days end. Professional, quality work and products and trustworthy are just a few words to describe Wyatt Works. Michael C. says, "Rakesh was outstanding! He replied to my initial request quickly and reached out to me to clarify the nature of the work that I needed. He was ready to work two days after I contacted him and showed up early to the appointment. He looked at each of the three things I needed to be done and got to work in a professional and focused manner right away. He counseled me to replace the new but outdated wired smoke alarm with a newer up to date version. He then proceeded to troubleshoot a photocell lamppost issue that was also related to separate outdoor lights. The issue was “fixed” several years ago, but the lamppost was always on. He fixed the wiring in the box and replaced the photocell so it now works as intended. Finally he rewired and rehung a fragile yet heavy pool table chandelier light by replacing a 35 year old plastic box with a sturdier metal box for hanging the light fixture. He even drove me to Home Depot to buy all the required hardware! He explained everything he was doing and was clearly interested in getting the work done correctly. He didn’t rush and he didn’t cut corners. Excellent work and I am 100 % pleased with the results. And his price was very reasonable. He spent at least double the two hours it was expected to take from my description and never hurried or rushed anything. A real pleasure to have someone so skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice working in my home. I would hire him again in a minute! And you should too! A great all around experience!
