- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based of the value of the customer needs and food quality. We base things off staff size, high end ingredient's, do you need table décor and etc. We try to keep things as low as we can to ensure customer has a great experience using us with an affordable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gertz Culinary is unique because we not only use local farms, scratch cooking and have a chef that has accomplished a lot through food but because we also build each and every menu from scratch with the client! We do not use pre made menu's we want to make sure each menu is designed specifically for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Will Skinner has worked with some of the best chefs in the country. Chef Will has worked his way up from the bottom has been featured in several newspapers, food network sponsored events, charity events, magazines
