Excellent workouts. I didn't dread working out because each workout was different. Being able to train in the convenience of your own home is awesome. And it was amazing how much you could do with little to none of your own equipment. Her training is not just for beginners; she tailors it to meet your current fitness level. Bethany is an excellent trainer who values your input and incorporates what is important to you into the program she designs specifically for you. I am a business traveler and Bethany has included workouts that I do while I am away on business weekly as well as my weekly onsite training. I have had lots of trainers and I feel Joe is one of the best I've ever trained with. I trained with Joe last summer and into the Fall and plan on starting up again soon. I was walking 3-4 times a week, approximately 16-20 miles, but it just wasn't even enough. I started doing personal training sessions with Joe and saw the difference in weeks. I had more energy, started feeling lean and dropped about 13 lbs!!! Joe pushes you because he knows just how much he can get out of you. He also is aware of each and every clients ailments and finds solutions to work around those ailments. He has faith in his clients and praises their accomplishments!!! Over the years I have worked with different trainers whose knowledge, methods, and philosophies have varied greatly. Quite honestly, of all I have been most impressed with Alexis. Her background is impressive and her overall knowledge of health and fitness is extraordinary in its breadth and depth. She closely monitors posture and form. I am amazed at the progress I have made in form because of her insistence on proper technique. She is apologetic for her consistent monitoring however, I am certain she has helped me avoid serious injury as I am working well beyond what I ever have without one incident. In the past there were several exercises that inevitability would cause a tweaked back, arm, or leg and that has never happened with Alexis. I am certain it is because of her persistence that every move be performed with proper form. Alexis has also been very flexible with my ever changing schedule and work demands. Alexis is a training professional that I would recommend without hesitation.

Elite Physiques is a small neighborhood gym where there is a sense of community and everyone knows your name. After an initial consultation, they will explain the functional training method which combines total body, flexibility, core training, endurance and agility to achieve your fitness goals. For someone like myself, -who had never tried personal training before and had not been real interested in it-Joe made the experience fun and inviting. He spends a lot of time tailoring the routine to you (what you want to accomplish, how intense you want to be) and he also factors in extra inputs such as prior injuries, nutrition, etc. Joe was always in touch and would follow up regularly with me on my progress outside of the gym. Joe is very knowledgeable on fitness, nutrition and beyond. He was able to fit in some extra exercises that supported a specific treatment i was going through with my doctor as well. He is a great resource. I was very happy with my experience!
