I had been traveling out of the country and got home to a yard out of control. I figured I'd use a service to mow it this time to get it back to looking good so I contacted them on Thursday. They were very courteous and responsive to my request and said they'd have someone out on Friday. I made weekend plans based on the fact that the yard would be mowed. Friday came and went and no one. I understood that that they were probably busy and when I contacted them they assured me that they'd be out on Saturday. Saturday came and went and no one came nor did I receive any message:call that they weren't coming. It's now Sunday and my yard looks even worse, my back yard plans for the day are ruined and I guess I should have just mowed it myself. Very disappointed.

Mike. As I explained on the phone, we had two clients that traveled outside the country, you and another individual. When the 2nd individual called and told rick to hold off on the grass cut and rick told me, I pulled your cut from the route.
