Everyone is always nervous to start personal training. I know I was. I didn't want to be embarrassed. Sarah is wonderful with accommodating the workouts to your skill level while still pushing your limits. I was not on trained, I was also educated on what I was doing for my body. All the workouts were explained to me. All the questions I asked were answered. She is available to me 24/7 and I love that. She is not only the MOST positive person to be around, but also the most motivational. I personally believe that she is the best of the best in her profession. Gentry has been training me since August 2016. She is the most positive, upbeat, motivating person I have ever met and I have truly forgotten the feeling of dreading going to the gym, and reversely look forward to every day I train with her; in fact, more often than not it is the highlight of my day. I started going to her to add upper body strength to my noodle arms and also to get a Kardashian booty, because what girl doesn't want that.
