When I needed items moved I called these guys, Dennis sr, jr, and the entire crew packed up a house with lighting fast speed and efficiency, they got the entire house packed and moved in no time , these guys are awesome ! And they are worth every penny , they even cleaned up and made the house look good like they weren’t ever there, they also efficiently packed up and stored alll the items better than I ever could ? They also were very responsive and kept communications open the entire step of the way from the initial estimate to the time they would show up , even the coffee was a bonus ! These guys have a customer for life ! Keep up the great work guys ! I’ll see y’all next Time I need something moved

The folks at You Move Me—Dennis, Dennis Jr, and Zac—were absolutely delightful to work with. Dennis walked through the project with me and helped me make decisions. They arrived on time for both days of the two-day project, ready to work. They worked quickly and thoughtfully, keeping us informed each step of the way. Their work quality was amazing. For instance, they packed and moved two curio cabinets, each stuffed with fragile family heirlooms, setting them up with everything more or less where it started, everything intact. Amazing. Mostly, though, I was quite impressed by how they understood the big picture of the project and how they adapted their work to it. We were moving my mother into an assisted living facility. This takes care and compassion, and parts couldn't be rushed. They took the time to do everything as it needed to be done. They took what was a very difficult day and made it much easier for all concerned. I wouldn't be surprised if another mover could have done the job cheaper. But I would be very surprised if anyone could have done the job better. They really understand that they aren't moving furniture, they are moving people. Their work was worth every penny of what it cost. When it comes time for the next Columbus move, you can bet I'll be in touch.

YouMoveMe did a great, professional job at the cheapest price around! I appreciated Dennis' transparency with a great quote up front and following through when it came time for me to pay. I hate surprises like hidden surcharges. We booked YouMoveMe over 4-5 other companies in Columbus mostly because Dennis struck me as authentically honest over the phone and did not sugar-coat or shy away from pointed questions. 2 guys showed up (Cody and Zach) very promptly--10 minutes before the stated time. My husband and I requested 30 extra minutes and they obliged us with no push back. Both displayed great hustle, carrying heavy loads despite an overall smaller number of items. It was clear that they were not trying to run the clock but instead, worked hard and got the job done. We hit a little hiccup in the moving process but both movers displayed great professionalism, addressed the issue promptly and achieved a quick resolution, so that my husband and I did not experience any additional stress. I cannot say enough great things about this company, its leadership and the whole experience. I absolutely hate moving--but I really do love YouMoveMe. If they could clone themselves, that would be great! My husband and I do move a lot and this is the best moving company we have hired. In terms of a great value, they offered us a deal almost half of what other companies were offering. In addition, the service was exemplary and not a case where cheaper prices meant poor service. As a person who works in healthcare, I know a lot about the stress of service and YouMoveMe did an exemplary job. It is hard to find any company that can provide great service these days. Book YouMoveMe for your next move and you will not regret it!
