Keaton hornbeck was vrey amazing at helping us pick out my floors and telling us what extra things that can go with it like heating the hard wood floors and how much extra it cost. The pricing was very reasonable because the way he did it was on what we buy and then he added labor and when he worked on putting the pieces in he was none stop working and makeing sure every pieces matchs up to the patterns that it went in. And there was no rugged corners that way everything looked liked it was suspost to be that way so i would always go back to him for the work

I had Jake and his brother from Office Specialist Inc paint a 2 bedroom townhouse. The team was very professional from the beginning to the end. I communicated to them what needed to be done and they were very quick to understand the task and remained engaged. I felt very comfortable with their level of skill and professionalism. The final finish was excellent and it exceeded my expectation. Not only did a good job on the painting, but they dedicated all their time to finish the job in time. I would definitely recommend them for any painting job, and look forward to using them in another project.

I was reluctant to let a manager take over my properties and trust them not to steal or over charge me for things. I am so thankful that I found Aram and took the leap of faith. I've been with Abbeyhill for over a year now and everything has been great! They've done a great job collecting, and have even raised the rents on all tenants! And the maintenance expenses have been very reasonable. I love that theyou don't mark up the maintenance. I can't believe that I'm able to pay $20 an hour on my maintenance calls. Everywhere else I was looking at $45 or $50. I am very happy!

      I had learned about a job opening as a resident manager at my place of residence. The former resident manager at the time was a person who I often spoke to and got to know very well. We occasionally spoke about career goals and personal interests. So, one day back in the year 2012, he had mentioned that he was planning to pursue another job opportunity and was planning to leave the position.
