- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the event with our customer and review menu items. We make sure they are aware we are an all inclusive service and we will drop off and set up as a buffet style. No serving provided which most of our customers appreciate
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have always enjoyed cooking for family and friends and made the jump to compete in BBQ contests which led us to the catering side
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Enjoy our weekly smoked and making our customers happy with a quick meal provided in either a 2 pound or 5 pound container.
