Tim replaced the flooring throughout our entire house, custom painted our stairs and railings, laid a new tile floor in our laundry room, and installed our backyard fence. Tim did a phenomenal job on all of our projects and completely transformed our house! Tim was courteous, punctual, and professional. We are looking forward to hiring him again soon, and are happy to give Tim our highest recommendation.

Tim and his crew smoothed over my textured ceilings (goodbye, 1976) which was a much bigger job than any of us anticipated. He also expanded a TINY master bathroom in my townhouse to make it a more spacious and functional area. The work included light construction, tile, electrical and plumbing. Tim's prices are reasonable compared to other bids I received; be sure to ask for removal of demo'd material in your bid. I would also recommend supervising his tile installers closely. They laid tile on the bathroom floor and left it smeared with excess grout that I had to scrub off with grout remover. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the work.
