- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on current market rates and the complexity of the project. We offer a 10% discount for repeat customers and a 20% discount for large orders from new customers. There is a $50 fee for the initial project assessment, but this amount is deducted from the final project cost if we sign a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: I meet with the customer to discuss their needs and expectations. • Step 2: I conduct a detailed site inspection and prepare an estimate with a breakdown of each phase of the work. • Step 3: We sign a contract and begin the work according to the agreed plan. • Final Step: The customer reviews and approves the work, and I provide guarantees for the quality of the completed project.
