- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on each individual job. Condition of project, pets or no pets, etc. No 2 same size homes are the same therefore pricing can't be. We prefer to give you a price according to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up a quick walk through with the client, discuss the job and what's needed, then provide a free quote usually within the same day but may take up to 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for many years after 4 boys and all their friends and had a job cleaning office space for some time, this passion became a career after my divorce, that allows me to be there for my children but make a living.
