- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free instant quotes. We base this on a number of factors like square footage, current state of the home, specific service, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we start a customer off with a top-to-bottom deep clean of the home to get the house to our standard. Following this we get our customers on a recurring cleaning, which could range anywhere from bi-weekly, monthly, or weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have plenty of years of experience, are completely background checked, and are properly insured and bonded.
