- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour with a 2 hrs minimum. Our pricing already includes bubble wrap, tape, plastic wrap and moving blankets at no extra cost. Mileage is usually also included unless it’s long distance or multiple stops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to the move we discuss all the details of your move with you to be properly prepared. On the day of the move, we usually arrive between 9 and 10 am and start wrapping and loading your belongings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
