- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2007 I was barely living life, suffering from debilitating back pain and a slew of other physical ailments. I was only 27. I signed up with a personal trainer in hopes of it helping- I had no idea how deeply it would change my life. Not only did I overcome the chronic pain that I had struggled with for years, shed nearly 30lbs and find strength I never knew I had, but I also fell in love with the process of building a stronger body. Becoming a trainer to help others discover this life-changing experience for themselves was the obvious next step for me. I'd been there, I knew how hard it was, but I'd also made it through, and I wanted to walk with others in that journey to show them just what was possible on the other side of whatever was standing in their way.
