About
I have a wide range of experience working with all sorts of different clients. I have worked with people from the ages of 14 up to 85. I have worked with a lot of clients with their main goal being body recomposition, whether that was losing fat or building a muscular frame. I have also trained many clients for sports performance, as well as many just to feel better throughout their every day routine. I love being able to work with all kinds of different people, and watch their lives change for the better. Seeing their satisfaction and joy from the changes they are experiencing gives me just as much excitement as it does them. When I work with a client who truly wants to work hard and see change, it does not even feel like I’m working. I love what I do, and want to touch as many lives as I can.

Brad understands what your goals are and holds you accountable to them. He tailors a program custom fit to your goals and will push you towards success. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and very personable. Far exceeded my expectations from a personal trainer.

Brad has really helped me start to achieve my goals. My progress has been limited due to outide factors, but I cannot wait to get back to training with Brad. I started training with Brad in January, 2017 right before my 54th birthday. In the last year and a half, I have gone from tipping the scales at 248 pounds down to 180. I was wearing 40 inch waist slacks with a rather large 48 inch belly down to comfortably fitting in size 32s. I struggled benching 60 pounds with a barbell. I can now press a 60 pound dumbbell with one arm. My goals for this year are to reveal that elusive 6 pack and bench press my weight. Don't let your age, your weight, low testosterone levels or any other excuse stop you from setting your goals and achieving them. With a full commitment from nutrition to working out, you can achieve them. It wasn't easy and there were detours along the way from vacations to holidays, but Brad got me back on track again. From learning about Macros to the right way to lift the weight to avoid injury, Brad can show you the way to help you achieve your goals. The pics below are me from November, 2016 to July, 2018.

If you want a mediocre work out, this is not your guy. If you want someone to hold your hand, this is not your guy. If you want someone to push you and help you break limits without feeling like a slave driver, congrats, you found your guy. Brad pushed you hard but makes it a fun time. He's dedicated and enjoys his job. which makes the entire experience a brutal but productive one.

My husband and I have been working with Brad for over 2 years. During that time, we’ve greatly improved our strength and overall fitness. I’ve lost 30 lbs and gained a lot of muscle. Brad is wonderful about modifying movements for all levels.
