Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. I started with Jess at the end of October, 2018. She is so fun to work with, and she REALLY understand the struggle of an aging woman and a mother, lol. Metabolism isn’t the same for me comparing to my twenties, and having had kids definitely doesn’t help. Jess knew exactly what I needed to do, and she is FUN! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically correspond with emails and phone so that the potential client can better understand the training program, and to give the opportunity to ask/answer any questions and address all needs. From there, I set up scheduling to meet and check out the facility.
