- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I really want to understand the sound and feeling that the artist is trying to achieve. I will like to start by meeting the person and have a dialogue of the objectives and goals. Then develop a plan together on how we can work together to achieve the desired goal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a musician. My background is rooted in Afro Caribbean percussion. From there I learned to play the bass. Performing across different genders, I start gathering gear and started recording artists live. Then, I took several courses about recording, mixing and mastering. In the meantime, I learned how to DJ between sets of the gigs that I was performing or doing live sound. I love music, and I'm very passionated to help others in their musical journey.
