What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very simple pricing system and even post it online on our webpage. Any customer can price out their event prior to calling us.......it even has options built in.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have enjoyed working with people and preparing food.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do many wedding receptions, picnics, bbq's, corporate events as well as deliveries.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We catered a company picnic for over 450 people that had been using a caterer for years and because that caterer had become "pricey" they decided to look at other caterer's. They were very happy with our services and quality of food and presentation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get three estimates and compare apples to apples.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are many differences in caterers, we have the experience with over 50 years in business to make your event an enjoyable one.
