Before you know it, you'll be composing your own tunes and having people wonder what tuning you're playing in. I've been playing guitar for over 20 years. My influences are vast and wide, but usually include those that took guitar to another level, such as Lee Ranaldo and Thurston Moore of the band Sonic Youth, Kurt Vile, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam (their song "Daughter" is in a cool tuning), Wilco and many other artists.
