Called to have service done on a very slow tub drain. Jim was very genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. This is an old house and took a lot of work but everything was done perfectly! He was very honest and very transparent in the process. I can honestly say this was the most comfortable and at ease I’ve ever felt with someone in my home. He was very kind and so open about everything. I actually enjoyed the time he was here. I will absolutely be hiring this company in the future for various things still in need of repair or replacing. And I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

Jim installed a new shower drain in my home to replace my leaking one. Cost was $685 and work was completed within a couple hours. He also took a look at a couple other isssues and gave me a professional opinion on both.

Of the two plumbers I selected for my sink repair, Mike is the only one who reached out to me and he did so that evening. It was after 9:00 pm and I didn't expect anyone to reply. He provided some tips to help slow the leak and reached back out the next morning. He stopped over and evaluated the project. He provided me with two quotes (no charge for the service call). I mentioned my future plans to replace the entire vanity so Mike suggested going with the lower quote to save money. He did an excellent job on replacing the old parts and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Mike!!
