Introduction: We focus on what we are passionate about and that is drain cleaning and plumbing. Urus specializes in flooding basements to clogged bathtubs Frozen and blow up pipes and water lines as well. We run and operate with the customers needs in mind. No shortcuts and premium products purchased from plumbing grade suppliers not home depot or lowes. We are not a handyman service nor will we pretend to be. We aim to service are clients as if we have known them a lifetime with fair and upfront book pricing. Before any work begins, your technician will go over all pricing & explain in detail their recommendations. As of 01/03/2023 we now have a new phone number.

Fast response. They came out within 12 hours of requesting quote. Free estimate. I had water tripping from shower which was destroying the drywall underneath (in my living room) The guy checked my shower, shower panel, pipes above the dry wall. It wasn’t a plumbing/drain issue. He explained it very well as in the tub wasn’t sealed. When the shower was going water was dripping in the wall from the tub not being sealed. I had no idea how to seal the tub and asked how much it would be to have him seal it. He explained it wouldn’t be worth it for me to pay a couple hundred dollars in labor when it was a 7$ easy fix. He showed me exactly where to seal the tub. Bottom line he easily could of profited a couple hundred by sealing it but instead showed me what/how to do it myself. I highly recommend!!!

Harrison responded almost immediately to my inquiry and was able to come out the same day! He was able to fix my issue in that same visit and was very professional, informative, and personable! I have successfully been able to do a full load of laundry with NO issues! I would definitely recommend him and call on him again for any plumbing issue I might have.
