My house was backed up and water was leaking into the basement. The company came out a few house later. He told me the tenant was flushing cloxox wipes down the drain. He provided me with pictures and helped me with a remediation referral. Of course I was very upset. They were professional while I was going off. Will def use them again.

I contacted this company for some much needed plumbing repairs in my kitchen and bathroom, and my experience was nothing less than stellar. The guys were very accomodating with my multiple rescheduling requests, showed up on time, provided clear explanations after inspecting the issues and were very thorough in the repairs. As an added bonus, they are very friendly and personable. Didn't feel any of the discomfort that can happen when you're doing your daily chores while people work on your home. Their workmanship speaks for itself. Will be using Urus for any future plumbing needs!
