- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for our service of home inspection vary based on the size of the home and age, feel free to call our number to request a price. Mold testing is a flat fee of $300 for 2 testings, if already having an inspection price is $250. Radon testing is also a flat fee of $175, if having a home inspection the price is reduced to $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to work with new customers. After information has been exchange about the property and a price for services has been agree upon by both parties, then our work will begin. We will set up a time to evaluate the property and/or do the necessary testing. You are more than welcome and are encouraged to attend the inspection. We will start outside the home and examine the exterior working are way into the home and continue though the basement, then up to the remaining floors. Major issues will be pointed out by your inspector and your potential concerns on the home will be address at that time. Post inspection, payment is required to your inspector, after that our work continues. We will go by to our office and draft up a detailed professional report (including photos) that addresses what was discussed during the inspection and go over certain items that may have not been disused directly during the inspection. We will work on your behalf to make sure you understand the property in total.

Our inspectors are fully licensed, insured and accredited through international organizations.
