$15 per plate and a $750 dollar minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to work with new customers. Our typical process starts off by discussing the event and sending a full menu that you can choose any variety of items with any combination you desire. After you choose the combinations of your choice, you send them back to us, we have a phone call, and then your work is done. Our trained staff will insure a worry free and wonderful experience for both the host and guests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about cooking and I love seeing the satisfaction of everyone involved after the events are over. I take pride in what I do so when I see people enjoying the food at the event, it gives me a feeling that i love to chase, which is why we are constantly perfecting our recipes and improving.
