Great experience working with FCI and Joe specifically. We needed to get our carpet replaced in our new home as it was completely unlivable, and within a week we had our new carpet and baseboards installed. After getting the run around from multiple other stores, we really wish we would have found FCI sooner.There was a slight lack of communication with the gentleman who installed our baseboards, but the men who installed our carpet were courteous, quick, and did a really nice job! We would absolutely recommend FCI to anyone looking for great carpet with a quick turn around.

We had flooring done in both of our houses and couldnt be happier. We had both hard surface and carpet put in. They were fast, efficient, and really took the time to listen to all of our concerns. They came out to our home, worked around our crazy schedules, and brought a plethora of samples so we could see everything in person. They made custom pieces for our stairs and a couple other transition pieces to meet our wants. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Our pricing is all inclusive and varies depending on product, sub floor conditions as well as finishing work required. Therefore we do not have a standard pricing model but one that will be targeted to your specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an appointment to bring out our mobile showroom where we will listen to your specific needs. We will gather all of your flooring requirements and show you the products that will best fit your needs. You will receive your quote while we are there!
