Ivana is great! I’ve never worked with a PT before and I was nervous to start. 3 weeks in ….I feel comfortable, she’s receptive if I need a longer period to take a break in-between exercises & modifies exercises to fit my current abilities. She will push you in healthy ways. Highly recommend her to anyone!

Ivana is a wonderful personal trainer. She truly cares about her clients and is interested in helping them achieve their fitness goals. She is helpful, responsive, and is willing to go above and beyond to help her clients.
