I am very impressed with the finished product. I have never hired a resume writer before, so I was very skeptical on how to choose one that would be able to make sense of my previous positions and present them in a more polished way. When I decided to take the risk on Daniel, communication was excellent from the start. Before the initial face-to-face, a phone assessment took place. Meetings were productive, he would always present new additions and suggestions to my resume and he would always explain his reasoning behind the changes. I worked with Kim in a prior position for approximately 12 years in my roles of Sr. Project Manager and Director of IT, during which she was of great assistance in many of our IT projects. Our implementations and projects always required a communications plan for change management. Kim executed those plans flawlessly, but her value added was: 1) understanding the end-users audience and how to best communicate technology to them, 2) writing communications pieces that were concise and easy-to-understand, and 3) often bringing insights to our discussions that would uncover new aspects of the implementation (how to use new features, how to address the removal of old features, etc.). In short, her contributions enhanced the quality of each system implementation or upgrade project. In addition, Kim was my go-to expert whenever I needed to write specific communications, from memos to PowerPoint presentations, as she always provided the audience perspective that I needed.
