- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard for pricing. I work with every kind of budget to tailor what the client wants. It may be adjusting the size or detail, but it will still be fantastic!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is gathering up as much information as I can in what the client is looking for. If it is a mural, I will visit the space and take photos. Then, using basic photoshopping, create a mock-up for reference. If everything looks great a proposal is created outlining the scope of the work, approximate length of time it will take, and pricing. This is my process regardless of if you are a new customer or returning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started painting furniture. I quickly found I love to paint different finishes and then moved to canvas. The sizes kept getting bigger and eventually I moved onto walls.
