Introduction: Hello, thank you for your interest in our catering company. We provide the best quality meat and everything is made from scratch all the way down to our own barbecue sauces. All of our meats are smoked slow and low for up to 14 hours over hickory and cherry wood for maximum taste and tenderness. We also provide everything you need for your event such as plates, utensils, cutlery and chafing dishes. We provide our items at the lowest cost we can because we know how expensive catering can be. We hope to hear from you soon and help you in anyway we can. We love seeing people enjoy our food and know that we put time into everything we make. We pay attention to the smallest details that make our food taste that much better. It's the little things that matter the most to us and we only do one job per day so we concentrate just on you during your special day.

Had them cater our wedding and the guests absolutely LOVED it. Heard nothing but great things from our guests (even the picky eaters!). I hadn’t tried their food before and was a little nervous but they let us try it beforehand and we were impressed. Super friendly and went straight to setting up and serving without having to be directed. Hands down would recommend them for any events. We had the pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese and green beans. The homemade sauces were a huge hit as well. They even covered all the food before they left so all we had to do was take the leftovers and put them in the car.

I cannot say enough good things about Big Red’s! Our menu was salad, pulled pork, pulled chicken, macaroni ‘n cheese, green beans, nacho cheese and chips and fruit plate and dip for 190 people. There was tons of left overs that we got to take with us. They set up, served, cleaned up. Everything about their service was excellent! Now let’s talk food! Everything was so delicious! The pulled pork and pulled chicken was the very best flavor and so moist. The green beans were out of this world. Seasoned perfectly! The Mac ‘n cheese was so cheesy and creamy. Everyone loved the food and raved about how delicious it was. There was nothing but great comments about the food. They will be my go-to caterer the next time we have a need for a barbecue catering. You will have no worries, no complaints no issues whatsoever with this caterer. Easy Peasy and so delicious!

Don’t hesitate to book Big Reds BBQ! I booked them for my wedding because their reviews and their brand speak enough! They did not disappoint! Everything and I mean everything was delicious! My guests stated they loved the food so much and are asking for their contact information and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve been married! I don’t leave reviews often but for them I will! If your indecisive, don’t be!

I am not one to normally write reviews, however, Big Reds BBQ really deserves a fabulous one. Promptly arrived and got to work setting up the layout for our wedding. Several guests approached me that evening and asked who catered the wedding because the food was delicious! I had to jump in to assist with getting food out to the appetizer table we supplied and they were kind enough to make sure the appetizer was pulled out of the oven for us while we were restocking. Definitely a bang for your buck! Well worth every penny. I am extremely happy that I acquired them as our caterer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
are normal catering prices are pork or chicken and 2 sides for about $10 a person brisket and ribs are a little more we also do combos of different meats for around $13 a person we have many sides to choose from but many have said my mashed potatoes is the best thing they ever ate. also my candied bacon but that's another story!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
just give me a call or email and let's go from there I have nothing to hide and love hearing from people who are interested in my food no price is firm if you want to discuss them please feel free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self taught and I had a great aunt who was a chef that taught me alot. I've doing BBQ competitions since I was a teenager and I just started from then I think trial by error works best. I also take every opinion to heart good or bad I like hearing people's honest opinions and critiques.
