- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, depending on the service your inquiring about...Let me say I DO NOT offer gland expression or mobile van or trailer service. I offer in home grooming or pick up and drop off service for grooming. Thank you and I apologize for any inconvenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer any questions that my clients may have and take my time with them. I want my clients to feel comfortable. I want my clients to know that their fur babies are going to be safe and I treat them all just like they were my own. ( spoil and love them )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Veterinary Technician training, professional dog training, pet care, professional horse training, grooming and pet sitting. There are plenty of classes and expos to keep up to date on, so you never stop learning.
