- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable by all means. I am totally willing to work with the budget of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Via phone or email, I typically assess the needs of the customer (i.e. needs, wants, overall objective, timeline, etc.). Upon a general ideal of what is needed, I like to first, come out to the property and do a site survey to further assess the materials needed to complete the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in construction/remodeling work since 2002. I'm also an artist so attention to detail is key in any project I undertake.
