Introduction: My cleaning will look and smell clean and fresh!! I don't cut corners. And it has to be a great clean!!!!!i also have up to date references. And I've been in my business for a very long time. I promise to do my best. I can give more detail for anyone that may need thank you. I enjoy the clean fresh scent of a clean home and or office! I don't believe cutting corners and if something can't be done right then I'll find out and perhaps ask why. I enjoy looking back before leaving,with a smile on my face or a happy feeling as I know the cleaning was great,and my customer is happy! That feeling of doing right is me!!!!! 😊I hope som one will notice how my cleanings are,and tell friends. Hopefully it's worth a try? I can do other helpful things also. Like cook laundry,run errands for customers.

I hired Mary to clean my mother's trailer to get it ready to sell. When I went to check on it after paying her, I realized it was still very dirty. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Cupboards were not wiped out. I am not sure what was done other than vacuuming and moping the kitchen floor. Pretty much just wasted our money. Very disappointed.

Type your response to this review I have tried to make things right with Diane. There was no water,and she didn't respond on my saying if there was water it could have been done right! I've had no complaints from others except for Diane. I told her I apologize,and I could do all again free of charge! I intend on getting my current customers to put their reviews in this,as I'm not trying to cheat anyone!! Diane included! How can one clean inside cubboards without the water and cleanser. I had the cleanser,with no water!! I took clean toilet water that was left in the from bathroom to try mopping the kitchen floor as best as possible!!!!! She chose to be un satisfied. I'm truly very sorry,and I don't know what else to say? Yes,she wants her money back? How fair is that,when I was there and I tried. ??? I'm sorry,if you can't get it done again free of charge,then I don't know what to tell you? Like I said in earlier response. I will have a few others write their reviews,and you can see that I don't do my business by ripping my customers off in any way!! Maybe you should've just cleaned it yourself,and of course without water. ??? .

Mary has worked for me for quite a while now. She is reliable and efficient. We have a lot of pets and she is a great help to me with vacuuming and keeping things clean. We just remodeled our house and Mary is helping me keep it brand new looking.Mary has a very warm and kind personality and she is a go getter. Last week she helped me shifting items around my closets and vacuuming them. Looks great and I enjoy having her as a side kick! But I;m sure she can go through the house and get it all done with me being here. Patty Orahoske

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually charge $15 hour. If closer to me. As I travel further,I charge a little more. It depends on where it's at.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the customer. Let them know who I am,and then proceed to let them know what I can do and ask what they'd like done and how often. We agree and just go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my GED in 2014. And I've a full time job at Kenyon College in the food service. I've worked there since 9/1987. I take the summers off. I'm also full time at REM which is Mentor Network. I work with disability individuals and have worked there since 3/2015.
