- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the size of the Stump. Free, no presure estimates. I can usually give an estimate over the phone if the customer can send me a picture with some measurments of the Stump.

Contact them. Discuss the job and the expectations Give an estimate Schedule the job if they are interested. Can give some estimates over the phone if they can send me a pic with a measurment. I treat my customers with respect and professionalism. Without them this doesn't work.
