When I was researching opinions on Floor Coverings International, I encountered a comment that said to avoid them because they are a chain. That comment is partially right. It is a chain and that means quality can vary by location. The owner of this location, Jason Andler, cares greatly about quality of the job and customer satisfaction.During pre-sales, I expressed concern that the higher pile carpet might cause some of the doors to drag. Jason said if that happened, he would send someone in to shave off the bottom of the doors. And it did happen with two doors and he did send a handyman to shave the bottoms off.Also, I ordered an extra sound absorbing layer as part of the package. Jason suggested that while the old carpet was up, the sub-floor be fortified with screws to reduce the chance of it moving, which can be a source of noise. That was done, personally by Jason, before the carpet was installed. Then after the installation, he came by and added supports underneath the stairs in order to reduce creaking.This is stuff I feel that I wouldn't have gotten if I had purchased the carpet from a big box store. And it was all included at no extra charge.

Nicole was very helpful through our basement carpet project. Came back to our home multiple times and helped us pick the right carpet for our family. Installation was quick. And were happy with the results!

We couldnt be any more pleased with our new flooring. Loved that they came to our home with samples. Nicole was very helpful with suggestion on flooring type that would be best for our home and not at all was she a pushy sales woman. Installers worked continuously while here getting the flooring in and I didnt notice them taking a break while they installed the floor. They did a great job and finished up in two 1/2 days.

We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You can choose from over 3000 samples of flooring from the comfort of your home. Our design associate will meet you at your home to help you and take measurements to get you an accurate estimate.
