Nicole was very helpful through our basement carpet project. Came back to our home multiple times and helped us pick the right carpet for our family. Installation was quick. And were happy with the results!

We couldnt be any more pleased with our new flooring. Loved that they came to our home with samples. Nicole was very helpful with suggestion on flooring type that would be best for our home and not at all was she a pushy sales woman. Installers worked continuously while here getting the flooring in and I didnt notice them taking a break while they installed the floor. They did a great job and finished up in two 1/2 days.

This was a huge project (four bedrooms, all living areas, closets, everything), and they nailed it.Material Quality 10/10Jason came with tons of samples and actually helped me figure out what worked best for our family of sixno pressure, no upselling. I showed him something I liked online, and he made it happen. The flooring and the underlayment are both great quality.Professionalism of the Crew 10/10With four kids and two dogs, I was nervous about having a crew here, but they were incredible. Quiet, respectful, let me know the plan for the day, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped move furniture. No stress, no mess.Communication 10/10His response time is unmatched. We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are the #1 customer rated mobile flooring company in North America. That means we bring our samples directly to you. No need to even leave your home. You can choose from over 3000 samples of flooring from the comfort of your home. Our design associate will meet you at your home to help you and take measurements to get you an accurate estimate. And the process is completely free!
