Introduction: Chef Daniel is an Ohio native and graduate of the LeCordon Bleu Culinary Program at Brown College. He has worked in the food industry since 1997 and has been an Executive Chef since 2012. Daniel has served small dinners for two and coordinated events up to 3000. About Magazine’s Reader’s Choice, Best of the Best named Daniel the Top Chef in Stark County in 2017, 2018, 2020 & 2021. He was the Runner-up in 2019. Recipient of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Twenty under Forty Award in 2022 Daniel and his wife founded Compassion Delivered in 2017, a non-profit in Stark County serving meals to those who are coping with life threatening or terminal illness at no charge.

Chef Daniel provided a meal for a party at my house. He provided meal options after asking dietary questions. He purchased all the necessary food and came early to prepare and make sure we had the food on time. He even provided an awesome appetizer and other munchies as well as providing the pork chop meal shown in picture. I would definitely have him cater a meal for me again and cannot recommend enough.

Meal prep pricing is based on your protien choice and then an hourly rate, minimum of 2hrs of labor. Dinner parties start at $50/person, minimum $200 for the evening.

I work with the customer to provide exactly to their dietary needs. In-person, phone or email available.
