- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have some standard prices per square foot, each job can range in price due to the uniqueness of the project as well as customer preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we give the customer a rough idea on what to expect over the phone. We will then come out and measure the job in person to give an exact quote. Also at that time, we can show the customer samples if they are interested in purchasing material from us as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have been trained by the owner, Erik Schmidt, who has over 20 years experience and has been to numerous training seminars conducted by some of the largest flooring manufacturers in the world, such as Mohawk, Shaw, Armstrong Industries.
