Jeff was on time and did an awesome job installing our screen door. I highly recommend Jeff.
As a contractor by trade I expect professionalism, honesty and quality when I hire someone to work at my home.Jimmy not only met all those qualifications but surpassed them. After receiving outrageous estimates from some of the major name garage door companies Suffield garage doors was next, after meeting Jimmy he was hired before he even gave me a price (which was extremely more reasonable)Jimmy was quick, clean and kept his word on the price,no surprises.I could not be happier with my new garage doors and the quality of work and service I received.Great overall experience and 5 stars for Suffield garage doors -Matt Fela
Fixed a garage door that all the other companies said needed to be replaced. Did so on a Sunday within a few hours after I talked to him. Great quality work. Thank you!
Yuriy was fantastic! He explained the issues he had with the basement door and gave us options on how to install it properly. He did the extra work to make sure the door worked and opened and closed properly. As he said” My name is on this project “. We will recommend him always and have him do other work for us in our home. Many thank yous, Linda and Gary
At Your Disposal LLC diagnosed an electrical problem at my home which affected my (detached) garage door opener as well as electricity in the garage. The job was done in a timely fashion and we're very pleased with Richard's work.
Darrel is the absolute best!! I own a rental property in the area that had been neglected for far too long. Living out of state made it difficult for me to assess everything that needed to be done to fix the place up. Darrel charged me a reasonable rate to go to the property and address all of the repairs that were needed. I never felt pressured to hire him for more extensive projects, but since he did such a great, efficient job on all the minor repairs, I ended up having him re-do a couple of the bathrooms in the property as well. If you need an all around experienced handyman that you can trust, then Darrel is your guy. He has replaced drywall, cleaned and re-hung the gutters, installed a new light fixture and vanity, replaced the tile in the bathroom, replaced doors, installed shelves, repaired broken blinds, and so much more. Pretty much, if there's anything you need fixed around your house, he can do it, and he will do it quickly and correctly. You won't find anyone better for the job.
outstanding person in business....He has open the door to assist on a corporate level
This was a big project. We live in a ranch house with cathedral ceilings in living room. We contracted for painting of: Ceilings in LR, DR, kitchen, hallway to guest room, hallway going downstairs. Walls painted were LR, both hallways and kitchen. Not the DR because wallpapered. Wallpaper in kitchen below the chair rail was removed too and a border in the LR. Also, 11 doors were painted, the side shown, not inside. He also patched a hole in the front steel door and painted that and the wood around the garage and front threshold at No Charge. However, the wood trim will most likely need to be redone next Summer properly; sanding first then painted, but for the quick coverup was good. He buys his paint from Sherwin Williams at contractor pricing at $40 a can and we had to pay $494 in materials. I asked for all left over paint and a drop cloth that we paid for. I also asked for the receipts too. They started on a Tuesday and concluded by Thursday afternoon which pleasantly surprised us. Our last professional job was done in a week but they were much slower. In our last professional paint job, we bought Behr paint at Home Depot, 5 gallons of the same color. No ceilings were done then. I think that paint bought 12 years ago was $89? Mike likes Sherwin Williams and I'm glad they are a Cleveland company, but we'll see how it stands up in the next 10 years. We are a Behr paint family. The finish of the paint is supposed to be washable but it feels more flat but it isn't. We have two messy English Springers too. Always wear and tear in the home. We did have a choice to use Behr as well but went with his professional recommendation. The paint job was excellent and the reason I gave a 4 star versus 5 was because from the clean up sanding dust from patching nail holes and other larger holes. I had to clean all the chair rails and baseboards and little flicks of paint all over the wood floors and other floors. Just flicked them off with my nail. I just had carpets cleaned before they came and his helpers would walk over the hallway carpet without a runner on the carpet. I was freaking out a little and had to ask them to put down a drop cloth. They moved a curio cabinet, again not Mike, but his helper, and it got gouged on the bottom. I will do the touch up myself with stain. The paint on the ceilings, the walls and the doors were excellent. Mike caulked the window he painted too. So overall, it would be 4-1/2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if that was an available choice. I would hire again.
James and his son went above and beyond my expectations! They were very professional. They were on time for both the quote and doing the work. They made sure everything was done well. They completed a whole list of things for me including installing garage door trim, a closet organizer, basement ceiling tiles, and closet hardware. They hung a mirror, towel bar, and curtain rod, fixed a broken toilet, and a few more items. Very satisfied!
Our garage door fell off on a Sunday. I put job on Thumbtack and Lenie contacted me and said they could come out Monday. They gave me a detailed estimate and ordered door. Once door was in, they scheduled install. They came on time and installed door. Once done explained everything to me. Looks great. Great company.
I had a bedroom door that needed cut and door knob in. He did a great job. Reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend him.
I was very satisfied with the work Brian has done for me. The most impressive job that he did for me was make my home look fresh and ready to move in after my renters moved out and left a disaster. He patched multiple holes, replaced drywall, textured my ceilings, replaced plumbing, put in a garbage disposal, put in new flooring, replaced my old front door and painted every wall and ceiling in the house. I saved thousands of $$$$ compared to other qoutes I got from a few other contractors.
The project went great. We did the home and garden show and had actually agreed to purchase windows from one of the larger companies in Northeast Ohio after sitting through numerous pitches at our kitchen table. Each of the company’s presented basically the same window with the same technology but at various different prices. Many of them often used gimmicks where the more you talked the more that the discounts somehow appeared. The process would take hours when at the end of the day all we needed was the quality window, a quality install and a good price. After agreeing the night before with this other company, we had three days to back out with no questions asked. I always research every possible option and had seen something about First Glass and sent him a message that next morning. Within 3 hours Tim was in our house. What struck us right away was that Tim was very straight forward. He gave us a ballpark estimate before he came over and then stuck to it when he got here. There were no gimmicks he asked us questions about what we had come to him wanting and he shared his opinions. He warranties his work and uses the same windows as the other big box suppliers. He did all his measurements and then told us to take our time with our decision. He was in and out within 30-40 min compared to roughly 2-3 hours with the other suppliers. The rest of the day my wife and I talked it over. Every time we had a question Tim was very responsive in answering them and providing us with as much information as he could. We ended up coming to the agreement to go with Tim because we felt more comfortable with him as a person, he was able to give us everything we wanted, and he was affordable. Upon calling him to tell him that we were going to go with him, he had known that we had signed with another company and basically told us to make sure that this is what we wanted and that we could have as much time as we needed. He just wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision. That only made us feel more comfortable with our decision. A few weeks later Tim and 2 others of his crew got to our house at 8 am and had installed 10 windows by 1. Throughout the install they were very open to questions that I had about the install process and were very friendly and willing to help. I even had a window and door that they weren’t replacing that I asked their opinion on and they happily gave it. The windows installed make the house look completely different. We could not be happier with our decision. Overall this was a very good process and we would suggest anyone who is seriously considering windows to save themselves the trouble and simply call Tim at First Glass. Thanks again!!
Mrfixit, came 10 minutes before schedule, I appreciated that. He introduced himself, installed three sets of window blinds, and I added on to the job, having him if he could also put up curtain rods, which I did not original ask and was not in the price. Even with the extra work, he charged exactly what he told me when he answered my ad. I would recommend him to anybody.
Right Man installed an entry door and storm door and his work was exceptional. Very detail-oriented and helpful throughout the entire process. Couldn't be happier.

Martin's installed our windows and new patio doors. Crew came on time was professional, quick, and neat. Price for the whole project was unbeatable for the quality of the windows and insallation. We have and will continue to recommend Martin's for any home or commercial improvements.
Travis and his crew recently performed some remodeling, restoration work in my home in Delaware, OH and I couldn't be happier. I found Travis to be very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and easy to deal with. He did the impossible by matching the new floorboard color with my 51 year-old floorboards. And Travis also installed porcelain tile in 3 of my rooms and I have already gotten compliments on the look of the tile. He even completed the job a day ahead of the estimated time. Travis also stopped by a few days after the job was completed to check to see if everything was okay, and offered to rehang a door, fix a hole in my drywall, and install more floorboards over and above what I expected. I would recommend The Master's Hands to anyone who wants their job done by a professional, knowledgeable, all around great guy!! Kyle Compton Delaware, OH
Matt was professional and did a good job on my door frame replacement and new locks.
The guys put a whole new garage door opening/closing unit in for me as my old 90's unit was showing its age. They came out quick and fixed everything same day. Quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.
