Vlad and crew were initially responsive virtually immediately and remained so until the move was completed. They were proactive in setting up to minimize risk of damage to anything, and were extremely careful throughout the move - which involved a narrow attic ladder and depositing furniture and boxes in three different places. They communicated well between them, making for a maximally efficient job. Couldn't have been better.
