Nelson is a fantastic guy. Extremely polite - didn’t even laugh at my off color jokes. 😃 Knew exactly what he was doing. Explained it along the way and really helped us to understand what happened. I’m not a computer person - great cook, but not computers. Nelson listened to my Fiancé tell him the problem. History of what happened and in 30 min. he had 3 computers running and was able to find a backdoor into something that was really complicated otherwise. Microsoft BitLocker can be a nightmare if you are using another persons computer that is no longer here to guide you or tell you where the passwords are.
Nelson’s communication was great, he was actually waiting for us when we arrived and has a friendly and professional disposition. 5 🌟 and would hire him again in a second.
Also I found him to be very fair with the pricing! I don’t have photos because the job is fixed!

Misha was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We initially planned to install wired cameras but ended up going with wireless instead, and Misha and his team were equally experienced with both options. They installed our three Blink wireless cameras quickly and professionally, and everything turned out great. Their communication, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. The guys installed 3 cameras for my house. Thank you so much, guys! Everything was set up, and now I don’t have to worry when I’m away on a trip because I can always see what’s happening at my house online through my phone. I highly recommend. First I would like to start off with the communication it was great things were explained in detail and second the price was in my budget which was great for a last minute job and he was able to accommodate and come sooner than we originally had planned which was a plus. He arrived on time with help and they were able to get the job done quickly. Very professional would rehire for sure if needed
