Traveling from out of town and needed help with the install of my mother’s Ring camera. The service was prompt and completed with excellence. The cost was very reasonable and the two gentlemen were very knowledgeable. I would Highly recommend!

Misha was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We initially planned to install wired cameras but ended up going with wireless instead, and Misha and his team were equally experienced with both options. They installed our three Blink wireless cameras quickly and professionally, and everything turned out great. Their communication, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Misha and his team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality, and efficient security camera installation!

Two young polite men showed up on time for appointment. Twice I've had hellotech come service my doorbell camera and both times they gave up and didn't charge me. The nice young technology savy men where able too install my new nest doorbell camera within the hour despite running into difficult issues with lack of enough space for wires. My phone never left my hands so I didn't feel uncomfortable with someone utilizing my personal cell. I cant believe how fast and efficient they were. Despite the wiring issues which was a problem they had opportunity to over charge they still charged me the minimum and game me coupons for other future installs I will be requesting. DO NOT UTILIZE A LARGE MORE ADVERTISED COMPANYY LIKE HELLOTECH. THEY REQUIRE MONTHLY SIGNED COMMITMENT AND OVER CHARGE. HELLOTECH ARRIVED LATE, SCROLLED THROUGH MY PHONE FOR NEARLY 2HRS AND LEFT TWO TIMES TO GET TOOLS THEY FORGOT ONLY TO NOT SUCCEED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE NOT TRAINED AND VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I found H&Y while looking for someone to install additional security equipment on my home. They were available and price competitive compared to the home security monitoring company. They tried a couple of options and installed the best one for me. Visit took less than one hour. Highly recommend.

Nelson is a fantastic guy. Extremely polite - didn’t even laugh at my off color jokes. 😃 Knew exactly what he was doing. Explained it along the way and really helped us to understand what happened. I’m not a computer person - great cook, but not computers. Nelson listened to my Fiancé tell him the problem. History of what happened and in 30 min. he had 3 computers running and was able to find a backdoor into something that was really complicated otherwise. Microsoft BitLocker can be a nightmare if you are using another persons computer that is no longer here to guide you or tell you where the passwords are.
Nelson’s communication was great, he was actually waiting for us when we arrived and has a friendly and professional disposition. 5 🌟 and would hire him again in a second.
