It's often a struggle to get my kids to practice, and Tom gives them positive incentives to keep them having fun instead of rigid discipline. He gives them a nice varied repertoire with a mix of skill builders, classics, and fun songs of their choice including Star Wars, Harry Potter, and rock artists like the Beatles and Green Day.
