- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For fencing, I normally price per linear foot, but on bigger jobs I tend to cut a deal. For repeated customers, I reward them for their loyalty to my company and go above and beyond on all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set an appointment to meet with them and discuss their need or project. From there I form a detailed estimate, printed or emailed. I am transparent with pricing and ensure to give them a quality job that stands out from the rest
