Her email was the first non-automated response I received (through Thumbtack). I needed to obtain a signature from a client on an expedited basis who was in Ohio. Ms. Jones and I concluded emailing back and forth to get her instructions and the document I needed to have signed at after 10 pm her time. She emailed me with a status along the way and obtained our Client's signature the very next day, sent the documents that afternoon via FedEx, and emailed me to advise that our job was completed.
