My name is Michelle Csismatia - I’ve been a personal trainer and nutritionist for over 19 years. I love what I do - my passion is to help you do everything you can to reach your goals, each and every day. I understand what it takes to get your body in the best shape ever!
I have had so many exciting and fulfilling experiences in the past decade plus of training others and myself. I’ve done figure competition and also have trained others to hit the stage. I’ve learned how to manipulate workouts to lose weight and build muscle thru training that effects the hormone levels in the pre, post and menopausal stages. I’m also able to help with recovery from many different injuries and joint replacements.

I am over 60 and I have been doing strength training with Michelle for about 6 weeks, and have already lost weight and inches. Not only is my progress noticeable, but I have so much more energy. I’m doing my day to day activities with more ease, i.e., lifting, squatting, bending, etc.
Michelle is very knowledgeable about weight training and on how each exercise works different muscle groups for maximum results. We use a variety of weights and exercises so my muscles don’t get accustomed to the same routines. And I appreciate her high energy and positivity. I plan to continue working with Michelle even after I reach my fitness goals.

I’ve been training with Michelle for years and I believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Initially I started training once a week as part of a group session and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions. As my fitness improved, I made the decision to move to individual one-on-ones. One month later, I was lifting more weight then I ever imagined.
Michelle is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun. She has a magnetic personality and just plain fun to be around. I actually look forward to my workouts! My fitness has increased tremendously and not only do I see it, my friends do as well - I get complements! Best of all, I finally look good in my clothes.
