Working with Cate Brinnon of Mindful Health and Safety has been wonderful! Not only did they help me attain my CPR Certificate, but they also did a great job during the training to teach me everything I need to know about First Aid and how to use an AED. I got hands on practice - this makes me feel very prepared in case there ever happens to be a situation that arises where any of these trainings would be required. Cate was super responsive in emails as well! I highly recommend contacting Cate for anyone or any workplace that needs these certifications for themselves or their employees!

Each instructor brings their own personal flair and energy to the classes. Everyone is very knowledgeable and decades of combined experience under one roof. If you voice concerns from previous injuries or pain spots, they are mindful to modify accordingly and help you find ways to work into the issue without creating a bigger one. There is a wonderful diversity of classes and times offered. Me thing for everyone in one facility!
