- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all bids by the type of work needed . Mowing grass is set by a scale of yard sizes, and edging , trimming , pruning trees etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call first to get a feel of the customer. Find out exactly what work needs completed. Ask if they have any other jobs. They might have in the future to be done. give the customer a certain time to start and we are always on time. I also have experience in concrete finishing , slabs , driveways , retention walls , sidewalks , asphalt driveways etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training in several different occupations over my life time .From building houses, landscaping ,maintenance, site grading Heavy Equipment operating. underground utilities A strong work ethic. My wife has a degree in building maintenance, a long with experience in building house etc. Lawn maintenance Plants and flowers .Concrete work , slabs , driveways , painting
